I haven’t received a booking confirmation, what should I do?
Each booking is processed manually and Please allow a little time for your booking to be confirmed. We recommend checking your junk or spam folder, logging into your Euronat customer account, or contacting us directly on 05 56 09 33 33 or by e-mail at info@euronat.fr.
Is it possible to arrive outside reception opening hours?
Yes, you can do this when you book online on our website, or by phone or email.
Are pets allowed in all areas of the campsite?
Your four-legged friends are more than welcome at Euronat! Our pet-friendly campsite welcomes you to an exceptional natural setting where everyone will be in their element. Your dog will also be able to fully enjoy their holiday: the North beach (plage Nord) is specially dedicated to them for walks with their paws in the water! And to ensure they leave fresh and clean, a dog shower is available opposite the Ajoncs shower block, on avenue des Promenades.
However, a few rules of good conduct must be observed: To ensure their stay goes as smoothly as possible, pets must be vaccinated, microchipped, and kept on a lead. Dog waste bags are available free of charge at reception for cleaning up after them. Please remember that it is strictly forbidden to leave your pets unattended in your accommodation or on your pitch.
Are solo visitors welcome at Euronat?
Yes, with a valid naturist licence or proof of a previous stay at a naturist centre in France. Feel free to contact us for more details.
Can I pay for my booking using holiday vouchers (Chèques Vacances)?
Yes, we accept both paper and digital formats.
What are the cancellation and refund conditions?

Can I modify my booking?
Yes, subject to availability. Please refer to our general terms and conditions or contact us so that we can help you.
Is a security deposit required for rentals?
Yes, a deposit of €150 is required for all rental accommodation at Euronat (refundable on departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection).
What documents do I need to bring on arrival?
A valid form of identification, your vehicle registration number, and, if applicable, your pet’s vaccination record and microchip documentation.
Are bed linen and towels included in the accommodation?
No, but they can be hired at the time of booking or on arrival.
Can I choose my pitch or a specific address?
Yes, you can do this when you book online on our website, or by phone or email.
Can I park a vehicle or a campervan on a pitch?
Yes, every pitch includes a parking space, or has a car park nearby.
Do you have accommodation adapted for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, some of our accommodation is adapted. Get in touch and we’ll guide you to the best option for your needs.
Is it possible to find out the exact location of my pitch in advance?
Yes. You can book it directly online, or simply contact us by phone or email to get this information.
Is the pool open in low season?
Yes, the pool is open from 1st April to 31st October.
What are the swimming pool opening hours?
In low season, the pool is open from 10am to 1pm and 3pm to 6.30pm, with Tuesday closing.
In July and August, it is open continuously from 8.30am to 7.30pm.
Is the swimming pool heated?
Yes, the water temperature is maintained at approximately 27°C.
Is the swimming pool accessible to non-residents?
Yes, multi-session passes are available at reception. The pool is, of course, exclusively naturist.
Can I hire bikes at the campsite?
Yes, from Nature Bike, located in the shopping centre, or by phone on +33 (0)5 56 09 36 32 or 06 17 67 62 82.
Can I hire a cot or a highchair?
Yes, these items can be added free of charge at the time of booking or on arrival. However, as our stock is limited, we strongly recommend reserving them in advance.
Is there a nurse on site with a first aid room and equipment?
No, however, a team of experienced first aiders is present in July and August.
Are barbecues available to hire?
Charcoal barbecues are not permitted within the village, so we do not offer them for hire. However, communal barbecue areas are available free of charge near the toilet and shower blocks in the Caravanning and Camping areas.
